Meal Planning Monday

By A Wee Bit of Cake - May 02, 2016

Time for another meal plan and I actually cannot believe we are now in to May. The past few months have gone past in a total blur, honestly where did March and April go?

I'm slowly getting the hang of cooking with a small baby who likes to be held, so dinners are now things that I can pop in the oven on low, cook in the pressure cooker or pull together quickly while he is napping or being entertained by his play gym.

This week is Mr T's birthday so we may get out for a meal midweek but it's also a busy time of year for him at work with coursework deadlines. If we don't get out we might just order a cheeky takeaway therefore I'm keeping Tuesday fairly flexible with regards to meal planning.

On Thursday Ethan has his first round of jabs and I've heard mixed reviews on how he might react therefore I'm planning a normal dinner but with the backup of a quick and easy sandwich if he does want to be cuddled.

So this week...

Monday - Pork chops with mustard mash
Tuesday - Out for curry/maybe a takeaway for Mr T's birthday
Wednesday - Salmon with rice and veg
Thursday - Chicken Teriyaki
Friday - Paprika baked fish
Saturday - Gammon, egg and chips
Sunday - no idea yet, will probably wing it

As always I'll be linking up over at Mrs M's. Have a great week!
