Here we go again!
Did you all have a good weekend? I had a 2lb loss at
Slimming World so only 1lb more to get my half stone woop!
This weekend involved an early morning spin class and over
indulgence at cake club. Fingers crossed the scales are good to me next
Thursday!
So meal plan!
Monday – Salt and Pepper Pork. We didn’t make it last
week so going to make it this week.
Tuesday – Meat and potato pie (using mash instead of pastry
to be healthy)
Wednesday – Prawn Curry as there are loads of prawns in the freezer that need using up.
Thursday – Burgers (a naughty treat after weigh-in)
Friday – Sweet Potato curry. I’ve been planning on making
this for ages but we always end up using the sweet potato for something else.
Fingers crossed we actually make it this week haha!
Saturday – babysitting the nephews so we will probably make
pizzas with them
Sunday – a good old roast of some sort…
